Luca Sullivan

Luca is a member of Hg’s Saturn team, focusing on software and services investments in North America. He is also a founding member of Hg’s San Francisco office and is based in the Bay Area.

Prior to joining Hg in 2022, Luca worked at Columbia Capital where he was involved in several investments across the software, enterprise technology and digital infrastructure sectors. Luca started his career in the technology investment banking group at Jefferies where he advised technology clients on a variety of M&A and capital markets transactions.

Luca holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Wake Forest University, where he graduated with Distinction.
