Jon Daveney

Jon is a member of the Projects Team within the broader Hg Portfolio Team. Jon works closely with management teams and boards to lead value creation programmes (e.g. 100 day plans, SaaS transformations, post-merger integrations) and standalone strategic and operational projects.

Jon has eight years’ experience driving the development and execution of value creation programmes. He has worked with companies across Hg’s funds and clusters including CaseWare, Nitrogen, HHAeXchange, TrustQuay, LucaNet and Serrala.

Prior to joining Hg in 2020, Jon spent five years at OC&C Strategy Consultants where he worked on business transformation, corporate strategy and PE transactions for clients globally.

Jon also leads the Hg DSP (Director of Strategic Programs) Accelerator Program, which aims to place high potential DSP talent in Hg portfolio companies and support and develop their ability to drive and execute value creation programs.
