Amie is responsible for the coordination and execution of activities that support people's experience, by driving business performance through developing world-class talent and adopting a human-centered approach to all Learning & Development initiatives.

Experience

Amie previously has worked across L&D, Event Management, Client Success, Talent, and People Experience, in a variety of sectors. Working across wide-ranging sectors from Health Insurance to Hospitality Tech at an early-stage start-up has widened Amie’s knowledge of what a world-class company culture looks like, leading to her passion for helping to drive a human-centered culture, one where people love coming to work every day.
