Fabian Heitfeld

Fabian has been involved in Hg’s acquisitions of Waystone, Auvesy-MDT, GGW and P&I as well as the exit of MeinAuto. He currently sits on the boards of P&I and Athletic Sport Sponsoring.

Prior to joining Hg in early 2019, Fabian worked for over two years at Lazard in Frankfurt, where he advised clients on mergers & acquisitions and capital market transactions.

Fabian holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of Mannheim and a Master in Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
